ACH-R20/1-07-GY is a specific variant of Arma-Chek R: a high-performance, flexible non-metallic covering sheet (1mm thick, 0.7m wide x 20m long, grey) engineered to protect elastomeric and other insulation materials from harsh environmental factors. Formulated with CSM (CSPE) polymer, this durable cladding excels in offshore, heavy industry, chemical, and petrochemical settings across the UK, offering resistance to salt water, UV radiation, mechanical impact, and ozone while minimising corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Installation Guidelines
Bond using Armaflex Adhesive 520, HT625, or Ultima 700; ensure minimum overlap. Seal joints with Arma-Chek Mastic for a vapour-tight finish. Apply at +5°C to +35°C (max 80% RH). Slight aesthetic wrinkling may occur due to temperature fluctuations, but it does not affect performance. Please consult the installation manual for further information. Shelf life: 3 years stored indoors, dry, away from sunlight/ground.
