These terms apply to your use of this website, including any orders you place through it or orders placed by telephone, fax, email or purchase order forms for credit account customers. Please read these terms carefully before using this website. Using this website indicates that you fully accept these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.


We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron and Solo debit cards via direct bank transfer. We also accept payment via PAYPAL.

Our payment terms are 30 DAYS END OF MONTH. The goods supplied remain the property of Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Ltd until paid for in full. The debt on any invoice will be assigned to RBS Finance Ltd, and only they, or their duly appointed agent, can give a valid discharge.  Until further notice, your remittance - payable to RBS Invoice Finance Ltd - should be sent to us as their duly appointed agent to the address shown on the invoice.  If you wish to pay by credit transfer, our bank details are as follows:

If payment is not received in full and on time, interest is payable up to 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business-to-business transactions on any overdue amounts from the due date until payment is made in full. We will notify you of the interest that is charged. In addition, we shall be entitled to claim interest, fixed sum compensation and reasonable cost under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where you fail to make payment of any amount properly due on its due date.

Placing an Order

When you order through our website or any other medium, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms of Use and our Sale Terms. Orders placed through our website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received.  We reserve the right to reject any order.  This includes orders where we suspect fraudulent activity or any orders where incorrect delivery charges have been made. Should there be an error with any delivery charge, we will contact you to notify you of this error.  Any orders where  incorrect delivery charges have been made may be cancelled by us, and your payment will be refunded. All orders are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.


We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient dispatch of orders, which is one of many factors that have enabled us to build and maintain a loyal, happy customer base. If goods are required for next-day delivery to the UK mainland, please call to ensure the goods are in stock. We cannot process orders or deliver on UK Bank Holidays and Weekends. All deliveries are dispatched via signed-for courier and will require a signature upon receipt. Offshore deliveries will be charged a premium above the standard delivery charges. Please contact us for an accurate delivery price. Courier deliveries are between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Some couriers may be able to give you a timed delivery slot, but we cannot guarantee this.

We provide estimated delivery dates based on stock availability. If no one can take the delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange. Should the courier attempt delivery 3 times and they are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us. We may then need to make an additional handling charge for the return and redelivery, and/or we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and redelivery.

All delivery times and dates are estimates. We will try our best to meet the delivery estimates we have given you but shall not be responsible for failing to deliver the ordered products within these stated time frames. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products on time as soon as possible after order placement and allow you to either wait for the products or cancel your order. Save for made-to-measure goods; if you choose to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund. If applicable, we strongly recommend not to book fitters or tradesmen until you have delivered and checked your order. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party charges incurred due to the non-delivery of an order or orders that have not been checked upon delivery. We will always try to make one single delivery wherever possible to minimise inconvenience. This means that the longest lead time will apply to the whole order when your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times. However, placing an order containing a mix of products may not always be possible.

We provide estimated delivery dates based on stock availability. If no one can take the delivery, the courier will leave details at the address to rearrange the delivery. We may need to charge additional handling for the return and re-delivery. Should no one be available to take the re-delivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and re-delivery.

Insulation Packaging:

Most of our insulation products are supplied in 2-metre lengths. Insulation lengths not purchased in box quantities will be folded to reduce shipping and handling charges and facilitate inclusion in a smaller package. This will have no detrimental effect on the insulation.

International and Offshore orders

We will send goods via trackable courier to prevent loss. The courier used will depend on the parcel size, so please be patient, as some are quicker than others. A courier surcharge will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scilly Islands, the Scottish Offshore, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight. Any pallet deliveries to these areas may incur a surcharge; please contact us for further information. Where this applies, you will be contacted the day after the order is placed to advise us of any additional charges.

Customs Charges:

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request to pay these charges. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they know they’ll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we cannot assist with these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering Products to be delivered there. You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an order, you must check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions that may affect receipt of your order.


Orders placed for made-to-measure products may not be cancelled. You may cancel other orders before they are dispatched to you. Please email with your order number, postcode and contact telephone number.

Defective/Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or is delivered damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund provided you advise us of the fault within 14 days of the date the product is delivered to you. We can either collect the product or dispatch a replacement. To arrange for the product to be collected, please contact us with your order number, the details to be returned and whether you would like a refund or replacement. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement or process the refund. All refunds will be made to the card/account used to purchase the product.

Order Discrepancies

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.

Products No Longer Required – Your rights under the EU CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE - Effective from June 13th 2014

You may return any product to us if you change your mind. The product must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. We can either collect the product or, alternatively, you can return the product to our warehouse at the address given above. To arrange for the product to be collected, please email with your order number and the product details to be returned. You will be charged for the cost of the return. If the product is not in its original condition, any refund will be proportionate to the condition in which it was received. A minimum collection charge of £18 will apply to goods returned. This amount will be deducted from any refund made. Alternatively, you may return the goods to us at your own cost. Please email if you wish to send goods back. Please include your contact details and sales order reference number. The cost will be refunded once the goods have been returned in satisfactory condition. It is highly recommended that a suitable trackable delivery service is used to return goods to us. Refunds will only be made once goods are safely received in our warehouse and satisfactory condition. Your refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. All refunds will be made to the card/account used to purchase the product within 14 days of receipt.

Unless you are a “consumer” (EU CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE - Effective from June 13th 2014), the delivery charges are not refundable, and we shall be entitled to deduct a 20% restocking charge from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that made-to-measure / special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are unavailable for “free with purchase” items unless all other products are returned.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims shall be dealt with per the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please contact us for details. Should goods need to be returned to the manufacturer under warranty, then any costs incurred shall be bore by the customer.

F-gas Credentials

Under the recent changes to the F-gas regulations, we are only permitted to sell pre-charged air-conditioning and refrigeration systems to customers whose F-gas credentials are logged on our computer record for your account.


All prices are listed both exclusive and inclusive of VAT, where appropriate. Our site contains many products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after sending you an order confirmation e-mail.

Should any term be invalid or unenforceable, it shall, to such extent, be deemed severable, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms in the future. Any changes will be posted to our website and will take effect immediately. You should, therefore, read the terms each time you access our website. Click & Collect

All Click & Collect purchases are subject to Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Ltd Terms & Conditions. In addition, please see the Click & Collect terms and conditions below.

  • 1.When placing an order on our website, you will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service where available, which will allow you to collect your item(s) from our trade counter in Irlam, Manchester, M44 5PN on a date/time to suit you.
  • 2.On placing a Click & Collect order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.
  • 3.If your order contains several items and one or more is unavailable, you will receive an email confirming the available items.
  • 4.Orders will be ready for collection during trade counter opening hours.
  • 5.On arrival at our trade counter, you will need to have your unique order number
  • 6.Due to limited storage space, your order will be held and available for 21 days following the date of order
  • 7.If you do not collect your order within the indicated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled

    Credit or replacement product will only be issued on receipt and Pipelagging acceptance of faulty or damaged items.

    Please note that no return will be accepted by Pipelagging unless prior authorisation is obtained.
