Shop our complete range of 76mm pipe insulation, available in elastomeric foam, phenolic foam and mineral wool. 76mm pipe insulation fits 76.1mm OD pipework — a large bore commercial and industrial pipe size used in district heating mains, commercial heating primaries, large plant room pipework and industrial process systems.
Available Materials
- Armaflex EVO — Class O closed-cell elastomeric foam. Built-in vapour barrier, Microban antimicrobial protection. Available in 19mm, 25mm and 32mm wall
- Kingspan Kooltherm — Premium phenolic foam, λ = 0.021 W/mK. Thinnest wall section for BS 5422 compliance. Class O, foil faced
- Rockwool Rocklap — A1 non-combustible mineral wool for high-temperature and fire-rated applications. Suitable for steam and industrial process pipework up to 750°C

BS 5422 for 76mm Pipe Insulation
