These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Pipelagging.com and to orders placed through our website or directly with us by telephone, email or purchase order.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods made available through our website.
Approved business customers may also purchase using an agreed credit account.
Payment must be received in accordance with the payment terms applicable to your order or credit account.

Credit accounts are available to approved business customers only and are subject to our approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard credit terms are 30 days end of month, meaning payment becomes due on the last working day of the month following the invoice date.
Goods supplied remain the property of Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Limited until payment has been received in full.
Where an invoice or debt has been assigned to an invoice finance provider, payment must be made in accordance with the instructions shown on the relevant invoice.
If payment is not received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recover applicable compensation and reasonable recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through Pipelagging.com, we will normally send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
Your order represents an offer to purchase the products specified in the order.
All orders are subject to:

product availability;

successful payment or approved credit terms;

any additional terms clearly stated on the relevant product page.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

an incorrect delivery charge has been calculated;

we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or

we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount using the original payment method.
If an incorrect delivery charge has been applied, we may contact you before dispatch to explain the correct charge and give you the opportunity to proceed or cancel the order.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Stock information and estimated availability displayed on our website are provided in good faith but may occasionally change before an order is processed.
If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.
Pricing and VAT
Product prices are displayed exclusive and inclusive of VAT where appropriate.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product prices are correct. However, our website contains a large number of products and variants, and pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If a product has been incorrectly priced, we are not obliged to supply it at the incorrect price.
Where we identify an error before dispatch, we may contact you to advise you of the correct price and ask whether you wish to proceed.
If you do not wish to proceed, or we cannot contact you where necessary, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any payment already received.
Prices may change without notice.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently.
Orders are not normally processed, dispatched or delivered on UK Bank Holidays or weekends unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries are generally made using a trackable courier service and may require a signature or other confirmation of delivery.
Courier deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary by carrier and service. Where a courier provides an estimated delivery window, this is an estimate and is not guaranteed by Pipelagging.com.
Delivery charges depend on factors including the products ordered, parcel dimensions, weight and delivery destination.
Additional charges may apply to destinations including, but not limited to:

Republic of Ireland;

Channel Islands;

Isle of Man;

Isle of Wight;
-
Scottish Highlands;

Scottish Islands and other offshore locations; and

other destinations attracting a courier or pallet surcharge.
Where an additional delivery charge is required, we may contact you before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Any delivery date or delivery time shown on our website or provided by our team is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain the options available.
Where appropriate, we strongly recommend that customers do not book installers, contractors or other tradespeople until the complete order has been delivered and checked.
We cannot accept responsibility for third-party costs arising because an estimated delivery date was not met, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Where an order contains products with different lead times, we may dispatch the order together based on the longest applicable lead time unless otherwise agreed.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that somebody is available to receive the delivery where required.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave instructions allowing you to rearrange delivery.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the goods being returned to us.
Where goods are returned because delivery could not be completed, we may charge reasonable costs associated with the return and any subsequent redelivery where permitted by law.
Insulation Packaging
Many of our pipe insulation products are supplied in 2-metre lengths.
Where insulation is purchased in quantities smaller than a manufacturer's full box, individual lengths may be carefully folded for transport. This allows us to use more economical packaging and helps reduce unnecessary delivery costs.
This packaging method is not intended to affect the performance of the insulation. Products should be allowed to return to their normal shape before installation where necessary.
International and Offshore Orders
International and offshore orders will normally be sent using an appropriate trackable delivery service.
The carrier used will depend on the size, weight and destination of the consignment.
Additional delivery charges may apply. Where necessary, we will contact you regarding any additional charges before dispatch.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs charges, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The recipient is also responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements or restrictions in the destination country.
We cannot control or predict charges imposed by overseas customs authorities.
Customers ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom should check applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before dispatch, but cancellation may not be possible if processing or dispatch has already taken place.
Made-to-measure, cut-to-size, bespoke or specially ordered products may not be cancelled once manufacture, cutting, modification or procurement has begun.
Consumer cancellation rights are not affected where they apply by law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with:

details of the affected product;

a description of the problem; and

photographs where appropriate.
Order discrepancies, shortages and visible transit damage should ideally be reported within 48 hours so that we can investigate promptly with the carrier.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Where appropriate, we may arrange collection, replacement, repair or refund.
Returned products will normally be inspected before a replacement or refund is processed.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Returns – Products No Longer Required
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel and return qualifying goods purchased online within the applicable cancellation period.
Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide return instructions and authorisation where required.
Products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.

Please include your order number and sufficient information for us to identify the return.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by a statutory right requiring us to bear the cost, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
For business customers, correctly supplied goods returned because they are no longer required may be subject to a restocking charge. Any applicable restocking charge will be confirmed as part of the return authorisation process.
Made-to-measure, cut-to-size, bespoke, modified or specially ordered products cannot normally be returned simply because they are no longer required.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us or goods sent to an incorrect address.
We therefore recommend using an appropriately insured and trackable delivery service.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
For consumer returns, refunds will be processed within the timescales required by applicable UK consumer law.
Deductions may be made where permitted by law if returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Different conditions may apply to business-to-business transactions.

Please do not travel to collect your order until it is ready for collection.

Where an order contains several items and one or more is unavailable, we may contact you regarding the available items.

Orders can be collected during our current trade counter opening hours.

Please bring your order number or other requested proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will normally be held for up to 21 days after they are ready for collection.

If an order is not collected within the applicable period and we have been unable to arrange collection with you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it where appropriate.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranties vary by product.
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms and your statutory rights.
Please contact us with your order details if you believe you need to make a warranty claim.
Where goods need to be returned to a manufacturer or service centre, we will advise you of the applicable process and any costs for which you may be responsible.
