Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Isopartner Supaphen Phenolic Foil-Faced Pipe Insulation – 1m
Supaphen is a high-performance rigid phenolic foam pipe insulation with a factory-applied Class 0 aluminium foil vapour barrier facing. With an independently tested thermal conductivity of λ = 0.025 W/(m·K) at 10°C mean temperature, it achieves required insulation values at thinner wall thicknesses than mineral wool or elastomeric foam alternatives — making it an excellent choice for space-critical commercial HVAC, chilled water, and heating installations. Supplied in pre-slit 1m sections for pipe outside diameters from 15mm to 76mm, with 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm wall thicknesses.

- Class 0 Foil Facing: Factory-applied plain aluminium foil vapour barrier. Seal joints with self-adhesive aluminium foil tape for a continuous vapour barrier.
- Zero ODP: CFC/HCFC-free with zero ozone depletion potential.
