Refund policy

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from Pipelagging.com. Please email accounts@pipelagging.com.

Items ordered incorrectly or surplus to requirements may be subject to a restocking charge. Once you have your authorisation, please ensure you send the return to the following address:

Pipelagging cannot accept liability for items not correctly addressed or packaged for return.

Credit or replacement product will only be issued on receipt and Pipelagging acceptance of faulty or damaged items.

Item(s) must be returned Within 30 days of delivery. If not returned by this date, then no credit will be given.

Please note that no return will be accepted by Pipelagging unless prior authorisation is obtained.
