How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

NH/ArmaFlex Smart – Next Generation Halogen-Free Flexible Insulation
NH/ArmaFlex Smart is the new generation halogen-free, flexible closed-cell insulation material with certification for use in any building and construction type. Built on EPDM technology, it delivers outstanding thermal performance, fire safety, and environmental credentials in a single, easy-to-install product.
Material
- Factory-made flexible elastomeric foam based on ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), according to EN 14304
- Self-adhesive coating: pressure-sensitive adhesive on modified acrylate basis with mesh structure, covered with polyethylene foil
- Traces of silicon may be found on the protection paper/foil used to protect self-adhesive closures

- Halogen-free (chloride, bromide) acc. to DIN/VDE 0472, part 815
- SCCP, MCCP, LCCP-free
- Meets LEED v4.1, BREEAM International, and DGNB sustainable construction requirements
- Fulfils all VOC requirements (French, Italian, Belgian, German AgBB, Blauer Engel, Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort GOLD)
Applications
Insulation and protection for pipes, air ducts, vessels (including elbows, fittings, flanges, etc.) of air-conditioning/refrigeration, ventilation, and process equipment — to prevent condensation and save energy.

Installation
ArmaFlex 750 adhesive is the certified and compatible adhesive for a long-term performing system.
UV Note: If used outdoors or under UV radiation, protect with ArmaFinish Paint or a covering such as ArmaClad/Arma-Chek within 3 days of installation.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Self-adhesive tapes and sheets: 1-year shelf life
- Store in dry, clean rooms at 50–70% relative humidity and 0°C–35°C ambient temperature
