Air Conditioning Pipe Insulation
Specialist pipe insulation for air conditioning systems, refrigerant pipework, and split system installations. AC pipework carries refrigerant at both high and low temperatures, requiring insulation that controls heat gain on suction lines, prevents condensation, and withstands the demands of indoor and outdoor installation environments.
Closed-cell elastomeric foam insulation — including Armaflex EVO, AF/ArmaFlex, and K-Flex ST — is the preferred choice for air conditioning pipework. Its closed-cell structure provides an integral vapour barrier, resists moisture ingress, and maintains thermal performance across the full range of AC operating conditions. Self-seal formats allow fast, clean installation on split system and VRF pipework.
