How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Armaflex EVO Pipe Insulation Foam Sheets – 3–50mm
Armaflex EVO Foam Sheets are closed-cell nitrile rubber (NBR) elastomeric foam insulation sheets manufactured by Armacell, designed for insulating pipes, ducts, vessels, fittings, and complex shapes where pre-formed tube sections cannot be used. Available in self-adhesive and non-adhesive versions, in thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm. The same Class O-rated, Microban®-protected material as Armaflex EVO pipe insulation tubes — ensuring consistent thermal and vapour performance across the full installation.
