How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

HT/ArmaFlex High-Temperature Pre-Slit Pipe Insulation - 2m Lengths
HT/ArmaFlex is Armacell's specialist high-temperature closed-cell elastomeric foam insulation for solar systems, hot-gas lines, steam lines and dual-temperature pipework. Based on EPDM, it is designed for applications where elevated operating temperatures make standard elastomeric insulation unsuitable.
Supplied pre-slit in 2m lengths for straightforward installation. HT/ArmaFlex has very good UV resistance and is suitable for outdoor applications under normal conditions. For extreme outdoor environments, consult Armacell technical guidance.

Installation
Open the pre-slit tube along the longitudinal seam and position it over the pipe. For joining lengths and sealing the slit, use ArmaFlex HT625 High-Temperature Adhesive, the Armacell system adhesive specified for HT/ArmaFlex.
HT/ArmaFlex has very good UV resistance and normally does not require additional jacketing solely for UV protection. For extreme environments or where additional mechanical protection is required, follow the relevant Armacell technical guidance.
Storage
- Store in dry, clean conditions at 50-70% relative humidity and 0°C-35°C.
