How to measure?

Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).

Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

ArmaFlex Ultima Continuous Sheet Insulation

ArmaFlex Ultima is Armacell's dark-blue, closed-cell flexible elastomeric foam (FEF) insulation for HVAC, refrigeration and process-equipment applications where low-smoke fire performance is important. Continuous rolls are available in standard and self-adhesive formats for insulating air ducts, large-diameter pipework, vessels, tanks and fabricated fittings.

Reaction to fire: B-s2,d0 for sheets and self-adhesive sheets to EN 13501-1

Practical fire behaviour: self-extinguishing, does not drip and does not spread flames; very low smoke density
