How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).

Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Armaflex EVO Insulation Tape – 50mm x 3mm x 15m

Armaflex EVO insulation tape is Armacell's black self-adhesive elastomeric foam tape for use with ArmaFlex insulation systems. Each roll is 50mm wide, 3mm thick and 15m long.

Use it for compatible finishing, wrapping and insulation detailing around joints, fittings and awkward areas. For primary bonded seams and butt joints on ArmaFlex tube or sheet installations, follow the current ArmaFlex application manual and use the specified ArmaFlex adhesive where required.

Important Installation Notes

ArmaFlex tape should not be treated as a substitute for correctly bonded primary seams where the ArmaFlex application instructions require adhesive. Surfaces should be clean, dry and prepared in accordance with Armacell guidance before applying self-adhesive products.

Outdoor use: Armacell requires ArmaFlex exposed to UV radiation to be protected with a suitable UV-resistant finish or covering.
