How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

K-FLEX Twin Solar System – Pre-Insulated Solar Thermal Pipe
The K-FLEX Twin Solar System is a pre-insulated twin corrugated stainless steel pipe system for solar thermal installations. It combines flexible stainless steel tubes with K-FLEX SOLAR HT high-temperature elastomeric insulation, a UV-resistant outer sheath and an integrated sensor cable.
Options
- Pipe sizes: DN16, DN20 and DN25
- 14mm and 20mm insulation variants are available to special order online
- 13mm insulation variants remain unavailable while their Sage codes are verified
- Available coil lengths vary by size and insulation option
