How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

K-FLEX ST flat sheet insulation, supplied in individual sheet format rather than rolls — ideal for smaller quantities, site fabrication, and applications where roll format is impractical. Available in Standard and Self-Adhesive backing types across thicknesses from 6mm to 32mm.
