How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

K-Flex K-Rock Foiled is a pre-formed mineral wool pipe section with an aluminium foil (ALU) vapour barrier facing, certified to EN 14303:2009+A1:2013. With a Euroclass A1 non-combustible fire rating and a service temperature range of -50°C to +600°C, it is the specified choice for high-temperature heating, steam, industrial process pipework, and HVAC applications where elastomeric foam is not suitable. Supplied in pre-slit 1m sections for 15mm to 114mm pipe outside diameter, with 20mm and 25mm wall thicknesses.

Installation
Open the longitudinal pre-slit, fit around the pipe, and secure the ALU foil overlap with self-adhesive aluminium foil tape or aluminium bands (required above 40°C or for inaccessible installations). For elbows and T-fittings, use segment cuts sealed with foil tape. Process at +10°C to +35°C. Not suitable for outdoor use without additional weatherproof cladding.
