How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Inoac NW-100 100mm Plastic Pipe Trunking Outlet Cover
The Inoac NW-100 is an outlet cover for the 100mm air-conditioning pipe trunking system. It provides a neat protective finish where insulated refrigerant pipework and associated services leave the trunking run near the outdoor unit or another termination point.

Installation
Fit the outlet cover as part of the matching 100mm trunking system and ensure the pipework remains correctly supported, insulated and sealed in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's installation requirements.
This fitting is intended as a cosmetic and protective trunking component; it does not replace the insulation, vapour sealing or weatherproofing required by the refrigerant or heat-pump pipework itself.
