ArmaFlex ECO550 is Armacell's solvent-free, water-based pipe insulation adhesive — the eco-friendly alternative to traditional Armaflex 520 solvent adhesive. Specially formulated for seam bonding of flexible Armaflex NBR/PVC insulation materials, ECO550 delivers reliable, professional-grade bonds without the VOC emissions or strong solvent smell of conventional adhesives.
Ideal for use in occupied buildings, confined spaces and any installation where solvent-based adhesives are restricted or undesirable.

Application Instructions
- Clean surfaces with ArmaFlex SF Cleaner before applying adhesive
- Apply ECO550 thinly to both surfaces using a brush or lacquer foam roller
- Allow to air for 2–3 minutes at 20°C
- Press surfaces together firmly within the 15-minute open time
- Do not operate systems or apply tapes/coatings for 36 hours until full bond strength is achieved
- Do not apply in direct sunlight, strong wind or temperatures below +5°C
