How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

ArmaFlex Ultima ECO550 Adhesive
Solvent-free polychloroprene contact adhesive, available as a single-component or two-component adhesive. UL ECOLOGO® certified (UL 2762), making it an environmentally responsible choice for insulation bonding applications.

Application Conditions
Apply ideally between +15°C and +20°C (not below +5°C). Maximum relative humidity must not exceed 70%.
Working Times (at 20°C)
- Minimum drying/airing time: >2–3 minutes
- Contact adhesion open time: max. 15 minutes
- Setting time: 36 hours
Yield (applied to both surfaces)
ArmaFlex tubes:
- 10mm wall: 0.5 g/m (butt joint) / 2 g/m (butt + longitudinal joint)
- 20mm wall: 1 g/m / 4 g/m
- 30mm wall: 1.5 g/m / 6 g/m
- 40mm wall: 2 g/m / 8 g/m
ArmaFlex sheets: 20–40 g/m²

Storage
Store in sealed original container in a cool (+15°C to +35°C), dry place. Do not store below 0°C.
