Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

ArmaFlex Protect Firestop Pipe Insulation
ArmaFlex Protect is a flexible elastomeric fire seal and thermal insulation system for metal and composite pipe penetrations through fire-resistant walls and floors. It combines passive fire protection with thermal insulation in a single system.

For tested firestop performance, install strictly in accordance with the applicable Armacell system documentation, ETA and project fire strategy. Armacell recommends ArmaFlex 520 adhesive for reliable, seamless installation.
