How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Armaflex EVO Elastomeric Foam Sheet Insulation
Armaflex EVO sheet insulation is Armacell's flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam (FEF) for insulating ducts, vessels, tanks, fittings, valves and complex pipework where pre-formed tube insulation is not practical. The range includes both non-adhesive and factory self-adhesive sheet formats, with thickness and roll/sheet dimensions varying by selected variant.
The closed-cell structure provides thermal insulation and high resistance to water-vapour diffusion, while the EVO formulation offers low smoke development and built-in Microban® antimicrobial protection.

- Reaction to fire: sheet material achieves Euroclass B-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1
- Low thermal conductivity: λd ≤ 0.036 W/(m·K) at 0°C for sheets 3–32mm; λd ≤ 0.037 W/(m·K) at 0°C for sheets above 32mm up to 50mm
- Water-vapour diffusion resistance: μ ≥ 7,000
- Microban® antimicrobial protection: built into the insulation material
- Self-adhesive option: factory-applied adhesive backing for faster application to suitable clean, dry surfaces
- Flexible sheet format: suited to flat surfaces and fabricated insulation details

- UV exposure: outdoor ArmaFlex installations require suitable UV protection
Available Formats
Choose Self Adhesive or Non Adhesive, then select the required insulation thickness and sheet/roll size from the variant selector. The live variant options show the exact dimensions and purchase unit for each product.
Available thicknesses include 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 19mm, 25mm and 32mm, with a 50mm self-adhesive format also listed where available.

Installation
Install in accordance with the current ArmaFlex application manual. Non-adhesive sheet should be bonded with a compatible ArmaFlex adhesive where full-surface bonding is required. For self-adhesive sheet, apply to suitable clean, dry surfaces and follow Armacell's preparation and installation guidance.
Self-adhesive backing does not remove the need to seal butt joints, edges and fabricated details correctly. Use a compatible ArmaFlex adhesive where required to maintain a continuous insulation and vapour-control system.
Complete Your Installation
For non-self-adhesive applications and joint sealing, use Armaflex 520 Adhesive where suitable and prepare surfaces in accordance with Armacell guidance. For straight pipe runs, Armaflex EVO Pipe Insulation Tubes provide a pre-formed alternative.
