How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

ROCKWOOL RockLap H&V Pipe Supports
Foil-faced stone wool pipe support inserts for use at pipe hangers, brackets and clamps. They are designed to reduce thermal bridging at support points and can be used with ROCKWOOL RockLap H&V Pipe Sections as part of a continuous insulation system.

Applications
Suitable for cold and hot steel and copper pipework where insulation continuity is required through pipe support, hanger and clamp locations.
