How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

K-FLEX ST Elastomeric Pipe Insulation Tube
K-FLEX ST is a flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam insulation tube for refrigeration, air-conditioning, chilled-water, heating and plumbing pipework. The closed-cell structure provides thermal insulation and high resistance to water-vapour diffusion, helping to control condensation when joints and seams are correctly sealed.

Installation
Choose the tube size to suit the outside diameter of the pipe and the required insulation thickness. Seal longitudinal joints, butt joints and fittings in accordance with K-FLEX installation guidance using a compatible K-FLEX adhesive where required, maintaining continuity of the vapour-control layer on condensation-risk services.
