How to Install – 4 Simple Steps

Follow these easy steps for quick, reliable fitting (no tools required):

1. Position the clip: Place the clip directly over the open slot in your 40 mm × 40 mm or 40 mm × 20 mm channel (unistrut-style). Align the base tabs with the channel opening and press downward to insert them into the slot.
2. Twist to lock: Rotate the clip (usually a quarter turn) so the protruding tabs engage behind the channel lips/flanges. This locks the clip firmly and securely into position – it will now sit perpendicular to the channel.
3. Insert the pipe: Push your insulated pipe (fitted with standard 9 mm wall thickness insulation) downward into the open side of the clip. The split cylindrical design opens slightly to accept the pipe and grips it snugly.
4. Final secure fit: The pipe is now fully seated and supported. The clip completely encircles the pipe, holding it stable against the channel base for excellent support, reduced vibration, and a professional finish.
