How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

ArmaFlex Fastlink DN25 25m Double Pipe Coil
ArmaFlex Fastlink DN25 25m Coil (FL-AV-19X25E25D) is the bulk-supply format of Armacell's pre-insulated flexible heat pump pipe system. Supplied as a double pipe coil — flow and return together — this 25m length is intended for installers who need to run longer connections or prefer to cut to length on site rather than using standard fixed-length sets.
Unlike the standard Fastlink sets, the 25m coil is not supplied with quick couplings. End fittings and couplings must be ordered separately from the Fastlink accessory range.
