How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

Armaflex EVO Continuous Pipe Insulation Coils – 15m
Armaflex EVO continuous coils are flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam pipe insulation supplied in long 15 metre lengths. They are designed for straight runs of HVAC, refrigeration, chilled-water, heat-pump and building-services pipework where fewer joints are desirable.
This listing is for the current AF/ArmaFlex EVO product range. The historic Class O wording remains familiar in the UK market, but EVO is the current Armacell specification.

- Continuous 15m coil: reduces the number of butt joints on long straight pipe runs
- Material: flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (FEF), manufactured to EN 14304
- Service temperature: -50°C to +110°C for standard tube applications
- Reaction to fire: Euroclass B(L)-s2,d0 to EN 13501-1 for AF/ArmaFlex EVO tubes
- Thermal conductivity: λd ≤ 0.033 W/(m·K) at 0°C for tube thicknesses up to 25mm
- Water-vapour diffusion resistance: μ ≥ 10,000 for tube thicknesses up to 25mm
- Microban® antimicrobial protection: built into the insulation material
Available Sizes
Available in 9mm and 13mm wall thicknesses for the pipe outside diameters shown in the variant selector. Each selected variant is supplied as a 15 metre continuous coil.

- Long straight pipe runs where reducing the number of joints is advantageous
Installation
Install in accordance with the current ArmaFlex application manual. Slide the continuous tube over pipework before final connection where practical. Where cutting or fabricated details are required, seal seams, butt joints and fittings with a compatible ArmaFlex adhesive.
Outdoor use: standard AF/ArmaFlex EVO requires suitable protection from UV radiation. Do not leave unprotected EVO exposed outdoors as the final weathering surface.
Important Product Note
The original listing referred to the older Armaflex Class O range. Armacell has superseded that range with AF/ArmaFlex EVO. Orders from this listing are therefore supplied as the current EVO specification rather than as a mixed Class O/EVO product.
