How to measure?
Measure the Outside Diameter (OD)
Pipe insulation sizes refer to the outside diameter of the pipe — not the bore (internal diameter).
Wrap a tape measure around the pipe, divide by π (3.14) to get the OD. Or use calipers across the outside of the pipe directly.

3mm Thick Armasound Soundproofing Barrier Sheet. ArmaSound Mass-Loaded-Vinyl Barrier.
A vinyl sound barrier mat loaded with naturally occurring minerals, this product is free of lead, unrefined aromatic oils, and bitumen. It is excellent at reducing the transmission of airborne sound and enhancing the insertion loss performance of pipe insulation by providing a barrier to noise.
