Qual-PEX Push-Fit Fittings enables the user to install pipe systems faster, easier and at a much lower cost. A large variety of fittings is available for all applications. Independant tests show installation time savings and reductions of up to 40%.
Qual-PEX is suitable for use in hot and cold water distribution systems, underfloor heating systems and central heating systems that are operated continuously at temperatures up to 92C at 3 bar pressure. Short-term overload temperatures up to 114C are permissible. For cold water systems Qual-PEX is suitable for use up to 12 bar pressure. For hot water systems Qual-PEX is suitable for use up to 6 bar pressure.
White Qual-PEXb crosslinked high density polyethylene pipe in coils and lengths. Manufactured, tested & certified according to BS7291 class S and DIN 16892. The pipe meets the requirements for Class 5 service conditions as specified in Table 1 of EN12318 for a service life of 50 years. WRAS Approved. It has an EVOH oxygen barrier within the pipe wall. Maximum service conditions of 92C at 3 bars.
